Prior to joining, IMG, Erin worked as a litigation paralegal for 11 years. Under the direction of Donald J. Zelenka, she worked for the Attorney General’s Office in the Capital Litigation section where she assisted attorneys on United States Supreme Court and South Carolina Supreme Court filings, United States Court of Appeals and South Carolina Court of Appeals filings, death penalty post-conviction relief and direct appeal matters, death penalty discovery, and South Carolina Supreme Court and Court of Appeals hearings.
Erin then went on to work for a nationally recognized trial firm with one of the largest product liability practices in the country. Here she assisted on precedent-setting bellwether cases, federal multi-district litigation trials, and first-chair trial lawyers in highly publicized catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters.
As a litigation paralegal, Erin learned key components to being successful in any field; organization, time management, and communication.
“Staying organized and managing my time properly affects our clients.”
